Hello and welcome to Christian Walk.

Let me begin by asking just a few questions...which I certainly know you’ll have answers to.

First, have you ever experienced failure or defeat? Have you ever experienced stagnation? Have you ever wondered what the essence of your life was? Have you ever felt hopeless?

Or, have you ever felt that life was just not fair to you…or that you were just on the wrong and rough side of life? Have you ever wished you never existed?

Have you ever felt like giving up on your life, your business, your family, your career, relationships, your dreams, your future, and other pursuits or things that pertain to life?

I’m sure you’ll have a “Yes” as an answer to one, two, or may be all this questions.

Friend, life is full of challenges and situations that are difficult and awkward.

Many say life is not a bed of roses. I agree with that absolutely. But I believe that life doesn’t have to be a bed of thorns.

In the account of the creation of man in Genesis 1 and 2, God designed life to be comfortable, enjoyable, peaceful, blissful, and beautiful. Adam never had to struggle to make things work.

God’s original design was for man to live like God (Genesis 1:26). Can you imagine God being stagnated, frustrated, defeated, down trodden, molested, or tired of life?

Never!

So God never designed life for man to be any different from His kind of life.

In a nut shell, the kind of life God originally designed for man is a life of dominion (Genesis 1:28-30).

This life of dominion is the kind of life where you speak and things happen. It’s a kind of life where you control situations rather than situations controlling you. It’s a kind of life where you speak and whatever you say becomes established in reality.

You CANNOT live this Life and be afflicted.

However, when Adam and Eve sinned, they lost this life and man inherited a curse that set the stage for a life of hardship and difficulty (Genesis 3:17-19).

At that moment, failure, struggle, oppression, depression, recession, poverty, and every other affliction you can imagine, gained meaning and expression in the life of man.

But this was NEVER God’s plan and intention for man.

So…

In order to redeem man and restore man to the original kind of life that God designed for man at creation, God sent Jesus to the world to pay the ultimate price for the redemption of mankind.

God made it clear to Adam that the penalty for sin is death (Genesis 2:17).Death could be physical or spiritual (separation from God).

Adam had the spiritual death only (which was insufficient to redeem man).But Jesus had the physical death on the cross, as well as the spiritual death (Matthew 27:46).

If Adam (and Eve) had died physically, there would have been no mankind. The purpose of God’s creation of man (Genesis 1:26) would have been defeated.

That’s why Jesus had to come as the “second Adam” (1 Corinthians 15:45-47) to die the physical death (on the cross) and the spiritual death, after which man could now be re-united with God and restored to the original life of dominion that God designed for man.

By virtue of this life of dominion through Jesus, you can gain command of the affairs of Life. You can speak and things WILL happen.

Remember, this life is the kind of life that God lives. Therefore, whatever CANNOT confront God CANNOT confront you. Whatever CANNOT be found in, with, or around God has no business hanging around your life.

However , your reconnection with God and your access to this life is rooted in your acceptance of Jesus (John 14:6).

Friend, accepting Jesus is MORE THAN a confession or a declaration. Many Christians consider “accepting Jesus” to be a mere confession. That’s why they live in affliction and have no testimony of Jesus in their life.

As a matter of fact, accepting Jesus is accepting to live your life in perfect alignment with Jesus. This is what connects you, and keeps you connected, with God. It establishes you in the life of dominion.

Perhaps you’re asking yourself, “How do I live my life in perfect alignment with Jesus?”

Remember…Jesus is the Word of God in flesh (John 1:14). So, accepting Jesus is accepting the Word...and living your life in perfect alignment with Jesus is living your life in perfect alignment with the Word. When you accept a word, you understand it, agree with it, and even practice it.

Accepting Jesus is accepting God’s Word, with understanding, and living by it.

That’s what the Christian Walk is all about. That’s the key to the life of dominion that God originally created for man.

Many Christians today are afflicted because they lack knowledge and understanding of the Word (Hosea 4:6).

Friend, when you understand and practice what the Word says about the different areas of your life, or situations you may find yourself in, you will CERTAINLY experience all round victory.

God’s Word is the wisdom for a victorious life. When you get a hold of what God’s Word says (about that difficult condition or situation you might be facing), understand it, and demonstrate it, you position your self for undeniable victory.

Understanding and having a practical demonstration of the Word, in order to establish yourself in the realm of victorious living, is not something you do in a second, minute, hour, day…or even a year.

It’s a life time journey.

It’s a life time walk with Jesus (who is the Word) as your guide…and that is what Christian-Walk.Org is all about.
